Service Delivery and Communication Procedure

  1. Deadlines and Refunds: In the event of an unjustified delay in providing services ordered on ognakanmarketing.am, the Client has the right to establish a new deadline by mutual agreement or request a refund for the unperformed part of the work. Refunds are processed exclusively to the original bank card or electronic wallet used for the transaction. The Company is not liable for delays caused by the Client's failure to provide necessary data on time or due to force majeure events.

  2. Official Communication: The process of execution, modifications, and delivery of work is conducted between the email address provided by the Client and the Company’s official email (info@ognakanmarketing.am). This electronic correspondence serves as a formal legal basis for both the Client and the Contractor.
