1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation before start: Orders can be canceled without any penalties if the project work has not yet commenced.
Cancellation after start: If the project work has already started, the client must provide a minimum of 3 business days' notice for cancellation.
Penalties and Compensation: If a project is canceled during the implementation phase, a 30% penalty of the total project value may be applied to cover the costs of the work already performed. For projects in their final stages, the refundable amount is determined proportionally based on the volume of work completed.
2. Payment Rules
Prepayment: Service provision begins only after the client has made a 100% upfront payment.
Online Payment: Payments are processed via the online payment systems integrated into our website, ensuring transaction security and confidentiality.
